Elena López is a professionally trained chef from Alicante, Spain. She has spent over 10 years working in Norway, starting in the charming town of Flåm, focusing on local and seasonal ingredients. Later, she moved to Oslo and became more and more interested in the vegan lifestyle. She started her own project Lalola in 2020 and in April 2023 launched Bedriftslunsj, the first online canteen where we deliver plantbased and organic lunches in reusable bowls, with a strong commitment to sustainability and zero waste. Bedriftslunsj makes and delivers amazing, colorful and delicious organic lunches. Their focus is on using seasonal vegetables which are delivered in reusable packaging from Vytal.
